Hi there! I'm on the hunt for a likeminded person to TEAM UP with or a homely home with 2 spare rooms.

A bit about me:
I'm a 26 year old mum who has been on the coast for a year and a half, originally a small country town girl. I work full time and have a beautiful 5 year old son.
When I finally get some 'me' time, I like to spend it in the gym, at the beach or simply relaxing.
I do not smoke or take drugs. I do enjoy maybe a glass of wine once a week or so.
I do have a cat who has been with me for 7 years now and I'm not looking to give her up..

A bit about my son:
My son has just turned 5 and yes he will be with me full time. He's quite happy doing his own thing and respects others personal space.

You are employed full time and looking for a long term place to call home
ABSOLUTELY NO drug taking and would prefer someone who doesn't smoke
Someone who is respectful of our space
Must be a good communicator! I want us all to feel at home and not have to tip toe around each other.

What I'm looking for in a house:
2-3 bedroom. Although I love my king bed to myself, I'm happy to share a room with my son. My budget although can potentially be a little more flexible is $350-$450 per week. I have most furnishings. I'm not phased on car park situations, bathrooms, etc. I'm sure we can come to an agreement.
