I’m looking for a long term room rental in Western Sydney, ideally Blacktown or within about 10-20 minutes. I’m quiet, respectful, and rarely home. I mainly need a place to sleep between shifts, as my residence is around 2 hours from my job, so I’ll be away most weekends.
I’ve held consistent full-time employment for the past 5 years and have never missed a rent or bill payment. I’m reliable, clean, and easy to live with. During the week, I keep to myself and spend minimal time in shared areas. I barely cook — my idea of a meal is 90-second rice and mince, or microwave meals, so kitchen use is minimal.
I value a calm, tidy household and am happy to chat or meet to see if we’re a good fit. :)
