Single, 34 year old Australian male. Friendly and approachable. Freelance visual artist (@eliedwardart) part time property manager and commercial cleaner. Recently returned from a round the world trip and strolled right into a rental crisis. I’m quiet, very organised and tidy. Spend many hours illustrating and painting. Enjoy reading and films. Never missed a weeks rent in my adult life since leaving childhood home at 18. Before my global solo travel earlier this year I lived alone for 5 years perfecting my craft as a traditional illustrator, am now looking to complete required study to become an art therapist/teacher in 2024. Currently staying with friends and family in the Sydney region until I can settle somewhere for 12 months at least after exhausting travel. Looking for preferably a place to myself or if sharing that the property is sufficient enough for private area to focus on my work and study. I’m quite extroverted in behaviour but live mostly an introverted routine.
