Hi, I'm a uni student from Korea looking to move in between 29th January and February 2025. I want to know if the rooms are available for inspection and, most importantly, if you are eligible for an early contract in early-mid December this year. This is due to my absence during the holidays (17th Dec 2024 ~26th Jan 2025), and I'd like to set up my new accommodation before leaving for a month.

Just to give you some background about me, I am a 28-year-old male from South Korea commencing studies in medicine at UoN. Before coming here I worked as an Airforce officer for 5 years. I believe that with my life in the military including 4 years of cadet life in the military academy, makes me a clean and stress-free tenant. I am currently studying in a foundation program in NUspace and staying with a family household in Bar Beach. The landlord will be happy to give you any referral if needed since both they and I enjoyed my stay.
