Hello,
I'll be studying abroad soon at UOW, so I'm new to the area, and I am looking for any vacant accommodation close to campus. Only female housing is preferred. If possible, I am looking for a private bedroom and bathroom. I love cooking and being physically active. I don't drink, smoke, or party, nor am I a loud roommate. I also clean up after myself too. I usually go to sleep around 10pm too. Please let me know if you're renting a room for $200-$400pw. I would most likely move in mid-January because I am still enrolled and currently in a lease agreement at my home university, but I am willing to pay rent for December to secure my room in Australia.
