Sadly, our housemate is going travelling and moving back home after nearly one year.
We therefore have a spare room with a shared bathroom available in Cremorne Point sometime in Aug (date TBC). The room comes with a built-in wardrobe and bed, including a mattress (can be removed + stored if you would like your own)

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and washing machine (front loader). The apartment has a large living and dining room area with natural light coming in throughout the day.

We are looking for a working professional who is quiet, clean, and respectful. Please note that this is not a party house, and the cleaning will be shared equally.

The best part of this apartment is that it has a little stairway down to Cremorne Point Walk and Reserve overlooking the Sydney skyline + a stones throw from Maccallum Seawater Pool
Cremorne Point Wharf is an 8-minute walk taking you to Circular Quay in 10 minutes or South Mosman Wharf in 4 minutes.
The bus stop is right outside the building, taking you up to Military Road from where you can go to North Sydney, the city, or northern beaches. We are only a 10-minute drive away from beautiful Balmoral beach.

If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking.

Rent: $350 per week paid fortnightly in advance

Bills: NOT included in rent.

I am a support worker.
