I'm Sarah, I'm 30 and a Mathematics teacher, currently living in London but moving to Sydney in mid-July. I love to travel and meet new people. My current housemates would describe me as easy-going and clean and tidy. I am looking for somewhere I can call 'home' for a few months, maybe longer if my Permanent Resident Visa is processed in time. Ideally, I'd like to be located close to the beach. I love to hang out and have a chat in the evening, but also appreciate personal space and 'me time'. I'd say I'm pretty easy to live with and I'm honest, trustworthy and loyal. I like to keep my home clean and I like to eat healthily and keep active. I'm hoping to throw myself into Australian life and live with people who become friends as well as housemates. I love sailing and being at the beach... I also enjoy visiting new places during the school holidays. I'm keen to find a room in a ready-made house share or to buddy up with like minded people looking to live in similar areas...
I’m Megan, I’m 32, and I don’t care if you pronounce it MeeGan or MegHan. I currently study Primary Education via correspondence and work full-time in retail at Bondi Junction. My days off are usually Friday and Saturday. Lazy artist, aspiring world traveller, coffee snob, bacon fan, chocolate binger. Big fan of art, history, outdoors, working out, soccer, wine and chat, and new experiences. I’m goofy, easygoing, respectful, reliable, tidy, and shy at the outset. I’ll keep to myself most of the time but I might have the occasional friend or respectful gentleman/lady friend over and I’m completely up for sharing a coffee, wine, meal, night out, serious conversation, laughs at something stupid, or Netflix binge if you’re down. I apologise in advance if you catch me dancing to so-bad-it’s-good nostalgic tunes with my headphones in whilst I’m cooking or cleaning, doing the occasional lounge room workout, and over quoting Friends, Black Books, The IT Crowd or (old eps of) The Simpsons 😬.

Hi! Name is Taylor, I am 23! I am from the US, I have a Working Holiday Visa currently! I was just out in Sydney from Feb-May this year (as I’m writing this I’m still here in Australia, but I leave for a month at end of May) and aiming to come back June 12-13 to work and enjoy the rest of my visa In aus! I love the beach, working out, yoga! I just got my scuba diving certification so another hobby that I picked up and love! I’m a very active person, I love animals and food of course! I am a very relaxed and respectful roommate and I keep things clean! I am looking for a place with some awesome roomies to live with, people who have respect for other people’s space but also roomies that I can hang out with! where I can I have my own bedroom with furniture already in it! I won’t have a car so public transport needs to be within good distance. My ideal location would be a place close to the beach, 30 min walk and close to super markets and cafes and bus stops! Although I have my options open!

After 3 months in my lovely country sorting out my visa I'm coming back for good. I already have a job (back to the same two as before) and now just looking for a house. I'm quite easy aye, like to socialize but defo like my private space, love to cook and drink some wine with my mates. Thing is the house MUST be clean. I can't deal with mess. Well as you can see I talk a lot so yea if you have a noice house, with cool and respectable mates, and fancy a good wine and chat just call us!! Cheers

neat i.e. cleans up after themselves, hygienic, considerate of others, endearing but not invasive, sharing but not a vamp, jovial but also a listener, knows that good taste in cultural commodities is interchangeable with cheesiness, healthy mind healthy bodies. I cook avidly.. for myself or friends i have a café style table and 2 swish vinyl chairs.
