Julien and Alice

My name is Julien, I am French and I will be relocating to Sydney for seven months from January 20th to undertake research in quantum science at the university. I will be living with my partner, who will also be conducting research at the university in medical datra science. We are both non-smokers and respectful tenants.
In our free time, we enjoy staying active through sports and spending time cooking together. We value a calm, tidy living environment and would take great care of the property.

We are seeking a one-bedroom apartment or a large studio, ideally located near the university, close to the beach, or somewhere in between. An outdoor space such as a balcony would be a much-appreciated bonus.
