Hi guys, I am Caroline, Austrian - not Australian - Girl ;-) I am 23 years old and will be staying in Sydney for 4 months as I got an exchange spot at the UNSW. I am soooo excited! I am currently living in Vienna, Austria and also grew up in this City. I really like to meet new people, getting to know new cultures and I am a really joyful person. I love cooking - doing sports - dancing to the newest charts and I am always up for some fancy/hip brunch or catching the sunset with some drinks. I will definite provide you with a list of the current most hippest spots - love to explore new places ;-) Hope we have a nice and exciting time together!
I’m Adam, 28 from England. In Sydney long term and work in construction management. Spend my evenings during the week either training or enjoying my downtime. At the weekend being active, eating out, with friends and won’t turn down a beer. I’m a respectable, chilled housemate looking for a relaxed place to live, close to the beach with likeminded people.
Looking to move into a 3 bedroom apt/house with 2 others! I am clean, tidy and respectful. I'm looking for somewhere to call home where I can relax after work during the week and unwind. On the weekends, I like being out and about whether it's chilling on the beach or finding a new hobby. I currently have furniture for the kitchen, living and dining rooms so looking to find an unfurnished place with others!
My name's Bec (24) and my housemate Jess (28) and I are looking to move into a 3 bedroom apartment in the Coogee/ Randwick/ Kensington area. We currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment in Coogee and love the area but are looking for a slightly more contemporary place (preferably with a dishwasher, washing machine and outdoor area.. we aren't fussy ;) We both work full time and are pretty easy going and quiet and enjoy coastal walks, brunch dates and keeping active. If you are interested in teaming up with us to find a place, or have two rooms spare please let us know. Also happy to meet over a coffee soon to learn more about each other. Thanks, Bec and Jess.
Hey everyone, I'm Nicola, 32yr old Sponsorship Manager in Crowsnest and a Group Fitness Instructor. I work hard and like to relax when I am at home. I always carry a smile on my face and like to see the positive side of the world. In short, I'm clean, tidy, healthy and chilled.
My names Anna, I’m a 26 year old Canadian who’s been living in Sydney for 4 years. I’m doing my masters of nursing at USYD and work part time in Bondi junction. Looking for a new place to call home starting the end of feb. I’m easy going, friendly and tidy. I love a chat and glass of wine but also enjoy my alone time, and spend lots of time studying. Looking for like minded people to live with!
Hey Roomies! I’m originally from Melbourne but I'm moving to Sydney for work - I'm an art director in advertising. I'm away skiing in Japan until late January and my new job doesn't start til late February - so I'm just getting in early. I'm not flexible with my move date and won't be moving til work starts :) So if I'm late replying it's just because I'm overseas - sorry! I grew up in regional Victoria and I’ll confess to having an inner nerd - I’ve been known to play a bit of PlayStation in the past and I enjoy all things Star Wars and Harry Potter. I love the sun and warmer weather, despite being unable to tan :’( I’m also somewhat of a foodie, but like eating more than cooking… so you won’t find me re-creating something from Masterchef at 2am!! Being new to Sydney I’d love to hear about your favourite places and I’m really excited to explore NSW! I have over 6 years rental history, and am very comfortable in a share house. I’ve lived with both friends and randoms before - and while respecting one another’s privacy - I also like having a good relationship with the people I live with. I enjoy hanging out on the couch and I'm always down for a chat, but working in advertising involves some late nights at the office so there'll be a lot of times when I won't be home. I’m pretty clean and like to keep the common areas tidy - you’ll never find my dishes lying around! My current housemates are also sad to see me go as I’m proficient in capturing/removing spiders!!! I also love dogs so if your place has a doggo I’m happy to puppy sit for you! Looking forward to meeting you in February.
Very respectful housemate, bills always paid on time. I’m very independent but enjoy grabbing drinks if you need a drinking partner. Not looking for a party house... I would rather go to a party- easier on the cleaning! Love cooking, food, wine and keeping active.
Hello! Plant-based, super chilled lady, looking for space by the ocean. My bunny's name is Trav, we need a little enclosed area for him. He's adorable and litter-trained. I am also litter-trained and very quiet. Netflix is my favourite Friday.
I'm a young professional, in PR + communications relocating for work to open our Sydney based office in the next 6-8 weeks (yikes!). While the timing is March 2019, I'm open to something earlier if it was the right fit. I spend a lot of time working as it is, so imagine that life might be pretty similar once I'm up there. When I'm not working, I'm eating out, taking mini road-trips down the coast, catching up with girlfriends or otherwise cooking, drinking red and watching Netflix (sometimes all at once, haha!) I'm a bit of an old soul, so past partying and late nights but love low key drinks... wine and cheese, out to dinner and being in good company. I'm lucky to have a couple of friends in Sydney already, so would love for them to enjoy our place here and there. I'd hope that my future flatmate would do the same, and feel comfortable to hang out with friends/partner there too. I'm the type of person who needs to open the door at the end of the day and come home to a gorgeous place, one that's neat and feels like home. Hoping to find a flatmate, or team up with a couple that: - Can commit to a 6-12 month lease - Are neat, tidy and respect the space we share together - Reliable and trustworthy - Laid back and happy to hang out occasionally - Respectful of privacy - Won't hold it against me when I need to decompress and chill in my room. I'm looking for a 2-bed, preferably 2-bathroom flat/apartment in Sydney's eastern suburbs. A car space is preferred, but not essential. Would prefer to live with a couple, or one other person (male or female) Don't be shy, say hello!
Hi there, My name is Charlie, I'm 23 from Ireland. I work as a marketing executive and have come to Sydney to grow in that space. I am outgoing but also enjoy time on my own. I like having an active lifestyle. Ideally, I'm looking for a place that is not a party house but somewhere to call home.
We're two happy, easy-going 19 year olds from Sweden traveling Australia together for a bit! I'm working at a waffle bar in Bondi Beach and Merlin is working in a bikeshop in Ashfield. We both love photography, painting and reading. Generally tidy and responsible people as both of us for example kind of gets stressed when there's a pile of dishes, messy room etc. hahah Would love meeting some new people and also have a place to stay for a bit. I'm staying in Sydney for about three weeks and then moving on, but Merlin will stay for longer so he would possibly be staying in the room when I leave. Looking forward to hear from you :-) Kindest regards, Anna and Merlin
Hi! I'm a pretty chill Brit, always up for a laugh, love to cook, have a car, enjoy being active as well as lazy days...clean but not a total neat freak. Looking for a short term let from Jan 31st til Feb 12th. Let me know if you have anything!
I have recently moved to Sydney and staying somewhere temporary and so I am looking for a room in a house / apartment longer term. I will be working full time Monday to Friday in Construction so would like somewhere fairly chilled through the week but always like to be out and about at the weekend. I am sociable, respectful, clean and tidy and have lived in shares in the past. Out of work I like to keeping fit, gym, football, bars & restaurants etc. Available for viewings evenings and weekends.
I am from the United States, and will be moving to Sydney in May. I have always lived with tidy roommates, and am easy to get along with. I live an active lifestyle from traveling, to yoga and cycling, to random adventures. I will be bartending at a restaurant for the first few months until I get a little more acquainted with work availability in CBD. I am looking for fun and easy-going roommates that are interested in showing me around Sydney as well as exploring together.
Currently living in Randwick, housemate heading back to Scotland unfortunately so need to find myself a room. Working full time in recruitment/hr in the city. Like to socialise, cook, have friends over for dinner occasionally. Happy go lucky - will chat away but also like my own space too. Get in touch if you think we might get on!
I am quiet and considerate. Will work hard to respect the houses rules and keep things neat and tidy. I will mostly keep to myself and expect a certain level of privacy, but I'm not against sharing meals from time to time. I work in software development part time and will be studying at UNSW this year, so looking for something in the area and I'm ready to move in. I look forward to hearing from you.
32 year old UK male who has a stable job looking for a flatshare somewhere like Little Bay/Malabar/Matraville/Randwick/Maroubra. Enjoy cycling and coastal walks (that Sydney coastline!!), and also love to chill out with a book or podcast. I am clean and considerate, and am certainly not a 'partier', generally in bed quite early to get up early to exercise/go to work. Look forward to hearing from you. James
