I have rented a room at Parramatta for $250 a week and need to move out as landlord is selling, I work in IT support ana am clean and quiet. I will never need to have someone stay over or will I ever break the House rules, I don't drink. I am happy to rent a room anywhere within Sydney for between $180 and $250. On weekdays I will be gone 5 gays a week from 6.30 am to 6 pm.
