HI TEAM, I'M Laisiasa.

I'M Looking for room available now. Or from now to the 30th of June. I'm living in Fletcher NSW now, but not in a place where I have my own space (though I have been offered it) I am with family, which I love, having recently moved from Dubbo NSW to study full time on campus at Tighes Hill Tafe the cert 3 in Personal Fitness in arriving in Newcastle , the 2nd February 2026. I finish these studies at around 13th June 2026.

I want to secure a room for rent from early July to November/December 2026 near TAFE Tighes Hill campus when I start the Certificate 4 in Personal Fitness and again studying full time on Tighes Hill TAFE campus.

I have been a previous tenant. I am clean, well spoken, like my privacy, never at home, love early morning starts and early bed. Not looking for a party house, looking for an environment conducive to quiet, prayer, and maybe even closer than where I am now.

I train every day, eat clean, do not drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes or vap. I do not take any drugs. I love hard work, but for now am a full-time student.

I have my own reliable car. I am ready to move straight away when room becomes available. If it is clean, quiet, includes unlimited wifi, the room is fully furnished, electricity and water, included.

I am currently on Austudy so will need a rental assistant form signed.

Because I struggled with getting back to study, and was offered work, I was unable to both study and achieve all I have so far, and work. I have studied before, doing degree at university.

I am a great tenant and have rented before.
