Hi, I'm Emma.

Single occupancy. I'm searching listings for end of Jan/Feb '26 onwards for a minimum 12 months. I have an excellent tenant history. I'm just wanting to move areas to reduce my drive-time to be where I need to be, as we all know what the traffic is like!

I'm friendly, sociable and like a cuppa and chat around the table or a board game - mainly word games like scrabble! I like trivia too!
I also like my own space to read, relax and study as well! I do enjoy cooking and also eating out sometimes!

I am self-sufficient and a post-grad student; looking for a secure place with a longer term in mind. Preferred length of stay is min 12 months+.

I enjoy gardening, going for drives and exploring the local areas and coastal regions. I also enjoy café coffee, shopping and the movies! I have a healthy lifestyle - am a non-smoker. No drugs, no party house. Am responsible and quietly respectful of others' privacy and peaceful environments.

I'm neat and tidy of my space and all shared areas and will clean-up! I'm reliable and helpful around the house and yard/garden. I'm happy to mow and weed, keep the yard looking neat. I value the same enthusiasm from others. I am creative and enjoy music and appreciate art and photography. Also interested in the Spanish language, history and antiques. Keen to learn new subjects, I like to study part time, travel and donate my time to helping others. Great if you know other languages too or random facts for trivia:)

Looking for places that are available end Jan/Feb '26 onwards. The security and friendliness of the household is important, as is mutual respect and communication:)
