To whom it may concern,

I work full time as the Head chef of Wildflower restaurant in Como the Treasury in Perth.

I also have a couple of businesses myself separate to this.
Some that I have had for over 10 years.
I work a lot but like having enough space at home to relax and unwind when at home , I cook a lot at home normally and having a good kitchen and space is always important for me.

My hobbies are diving , health fitness, 4wdriving surfing and fishing, adventure & most of all cooking!

I also do quite a bit of events and work overseas so I also travel quite a lot.
I have been a chef for over 23 years and worked around the world substantially as well as Australia.
