Flexible move-out time — looking for someone to team up for a share house or rental. Open to male or female housemates — I’d prefer to keep things platonic and friendly.

I recently moved in with a mate but there’s been too much tension, so I’m looking for a more peaceful and tidy place. I’m looking for an unfurnished room, or happy to go in on a new place together. I work full-time as an IT specialist in Cleveland (9–5) and usually hit the gym before work, so I keep to an early routine.

A bit about me: I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of other people’s space and property. I’m great with pets. I ride a motorbike, so I’ll need somewhere safe to store it. Around the house I’m happy to chip in equally with chores.

Interests: yoga/stretching, fishing (if weather permits), gaming, podcasts/audiobooks, cooking, and diving into topics like philosophy, finance, and tech. On weekends I like going for walks, playing computer games, fishing (if weather permits) and visiting my older dog at my mother’s place.
