I'm a 35-year-old guy working full time in construction and student.

On my free time, I play tennis, badminton, gym, bouldering, hiking.

At home, I value my rest watching series, playing video games, sleeping. I keep my area clean, tidy and do my best to reduce noises (using headset in my room, mindful when people sleep etc ...)

I am not a party animal at all, don't drink alcohol and don't smoke.

Looking for at least 6 months, unfurnished (i have my own bed, desk, night stand, book shelf), ideally bills included, can consider having a bigger budget if it comes with private bathroom.
