Hi everyone!

I’m a 22 year old female who’s looking for a long term place to stay, due to my current appartement building being closed down due to mould and structural damage. I can afford to rent up to 320$ a week, not including bills.

In my day to day i’m pretty quiet and value a clean living space. At home I love reading, watching TV and playing the odd video game. When out and about i enjoy walking, exploring the CBD and finding cute little cafes and restaurants to try out ☺️

I’m preferably looking for a room big enough for a queen sized bed and 1-2 bookshelves against the wall (i have a medium sized book collection, though if needed i can find storage for them 🙂)

I’ve been living with housemates since i was 18 years old and understand the things required when it comes to respect and general rules in the household.

I do have a cat named Penelope and if possible would love if she could move with me, though due to the circumstances surrounding my housing situation I do have other living arrangements for her if she’s unable to live with me.
