I am a cleanly person, very easy going, responsible and personable. As I am recovering from a broken leg and using crutches, I need to find a place either on the ground floor or which has a lift. I am a full-time researcher at CDU and have a stable income. I prefer a studio, or a 1-bedroom flat, but will consider sharing with one other person. If you have a pet, that's totally fine. I don't have a pet of my own but pretty much love any animal. Reference available upon request
