A bit about me — I live a quiet, holistic lifestyle. I’m kind, respectful, and very mindful of noise and others’ space. I don’t drink, smoke, or party, and I keep a clean and tidy home.

I’m financially reliable, on consistent income, and have always paid rent and bills on time and have good references available. Flexible with move date.

Prefer non toxic environment free from fragrances and chemical sprays, follow the Medical Medium info with food, I always been by myself really, have no family at all down in Queensland as Im from S.A. and dont have any visitors anyways. I am clean, I don't drink, smoke or party.

In the long past before I took out a mortgage and owned my own house for 8 years from age 18, so am very independent.

If you would like outside lawns mowed and whipper snippered even if its an acre I can help there as im pretty fit and will get it done for you.

Im mainly looking for my own place and I can offer 3 to 6 months upfront rent (6 for own rental)

Im open to all areas as never lived this side but looking around Springfield, Camira, Greenbank, Forestlakes, Browns Plains, Like rural larger blocks more, also looking in Sunshine Coast from about yandina and surrounds to about Glass House Mountains and Surrounds.
