Hi! My name is Tash, I work in healthcare and I'm looking for a place to call home

Logistics:
I'm looking to move in late June or early July
Would love a place with a backyard as I've been without one for so long but this could be negotiated down to a large balcony
I'm based out of westmead and a "must" is for me to be able to catch public transport/walk/cycle to work. Ideally looking for Parramatta or Westmead but open to other places if the commute is right.

What I'm looking for:
I'm looking for a teamup to find a new rental and start a new home. Sorry I an not interested in rooms offered.
I work a rotating roster so when I'm working you'll barely see me, and when I'm on days off I might be lounging around the house or disappear camping.
I love living with housemates where the place feels like everyone's home and we can have a chat on the lounge or sit in comfortable silence. I absolutely respect everyone's privacy and want mine respected too, but I don't like feeling like I live in a house with strangers.
Occasionally I might host a little dinner party or have friends/family stay over (they would sleep in my room) so this mustn't be a problem, and I have no qualms with housemates having guests over either!

About me:
I'm very easygoing, a little bit goofy, and absolutely love my plants! (I have too many). I've lived in various share houses and I am very clean and organised.
