Hi, I have been renting a house privately for the last 8 years and very house proud, tidy and maintaining a large garden which I love doing. I am quiet and respectful, I enjoy cooking and a nice wine but I do like a smoke occasionally but definitely outside and working on quitting. I am single and have been renting on my own. I have furnishings which can be used and added to the house or can put in a storage facility. I have a car, storage and off street parking is desirable. The owners of the house I'm in are preparing to fully renovate so I need to leave within the next 4 months. I love animals and I don't have any pets. I have shared before and an asset to the household. Working full time and volunteering,, fun for me is enjoying life. Hope to hear from you, cheers Rob.
