Hi, I’m Ian.

I moved back to Perth from Canada about 2 years ago and work full time as a business broker. Currently living in East Freo, I’ll be back in Canada for Christmas and looking for a place when I return.

I like to keep busy, I’m usually out of the house a fair bit. I’m easy going and always up for a chat if you feel like some company, I love a good board game night.

Outside of work, I’m into photography, spearfishing, surfing and staying active. I can cook a decent meal (and might even share if you’re lucky), and I like to keep the place tidy and relaxed.

I really value open communication to make for a comfortable home environment. Ideally looking for somewhere we can enjoy our own space but get along when we cross paths :)
