I am a very respectful non-binary AuDHDer with two dogs, Sif and Freyja. Currently working full-time all over the Greater Sydney area as a supervisor in bush regeneration. I always do my best to keep my space clean and contribute fairly to shared spaces and resources.
I'm looking for a place somewhere in the western suburbs or even lower mountains that has appropriate space and fencing for my two dogs; and reasonable parking for my car and work ute. My budget is $325/week as a baseline, though I may be willing to bump that up a little for the perfect place.
My dogs are well-behaved, though Freyja is unfortunately a bit of a barker at people walking by outside. A home set further back from the street would reduce this issue significantly. She is also an escape artist who can hop 2m fences and climb trees so a secure yard is imperative for her safety. As a quick guarantee: I will never expect you, unsolicited, to look after my dogs in any capacity, I understand they are entirely my responsibility and operate as such. I do, however, need you to be respectful of my training and systems revolving around them.
My ideal housemate would be:
- Someone with no pets (somewhat negotiable).
- A non-smoker (420 is negotiable).
- Respectful and tidy.
I'm quite happy to live with someone from any background as long as you're communicative, and chill with me as a neurodivergent LGBTQ+ person.
