💻 Quiet & Respectful: I work mostly from home but have very few online meetings, so I keep it quiet. I value a calm, clean space.
🚭 No Smoking, No Pets, No Kids: I’m a non-smoker, don’t have pets, and don’t have kids, so it’ll be a peaceful environment.
🏠 Homeowner Experience: I’ve owned several homes, so I’m respectful of shared spaces and a clean, well-maintained environment.
🌍 New to the Area: I’m exploring neighborhoods as I’m looking to buy a place in the future.
