I'm from China and I just moved here. I am seeking a shared house/apartment or granny flat at Darwin. I will be here for at least next three years. I would like to rent a place here for at least six months at first, and would extend my rent if it’s suitable place for me. I am a single non-smoker man without pets, and I do not host parties. I am easygoing and cooperative. And also a clean and tidy person who values cleanliness and order.

I work at WWS as part time right now. And will get a full time job in the future.
