I’m Lexie 😊 I am a full-time veterinary nurse and was recently appointed Head Nurse at my clinic. I’m a clean, respectful, emotionally stable adult who pays rent on time. I value my own space but I’m also very happy to socialise, share a wine, or have a chat if everyone’s feeling it. Outside of work I’m usually reading, at the gym, at the beach, or walking.
Now… the furry fine print 😅 I come with two pets. I promise they’re worth it.
Ozzie is my 2-year-old Australian Kelpie (anyone’s best friend, truly). He’s fully insured, vaccinated, regularly flea/worm treated, crate trained and attends obedience training. He’s non-destructive, very friendly and well exercised both physically and mentally, so at home he’s generally pretty chilled. He does love attention, but he’s also happy to potter around outside chasing bugs like it’s a full-time job.
Then there’s Charles, my 3-year-old indoor cat, whom I raised from 6 days old (so yes, he thinks I’m his mother). He’s fully insured, vaccinated, flea/worm treated, completely litter trained and eats dry food only (no suspicious tuna smells lingering). He’s affectionate, social and has been described as “more dog than cat.” Charles is great, though he’s been known to “supervise” any food left out so I value a clean, food-put-away kind of home.
Being in the veterinary field, their care, cleanliness and behaviour are something I take very seriously, they’re very well managed and part of a structured routine.
If you think we might be a good fit for your place, I’d love to chat further. I promise we’re a low-drama household, just me, a Kelpie with personality, and a slightly confused cat.
Thanks so much for considering me!
Lexie
