Lisa

I’m Lisa and I am a 40 year old, former financial planning professional, now learning to become an operator, single mum. I have a very shy primary school aged daughter whom I share 50/50 custody of (one week of every two) who is all about barbies, fairies and unicorns.

I am an extrovert by nature, but am a real homebody. I don’t mind a big night, I love to laugh, don’t mind a deep chat, but I see my home as my haven for peace and quiet from a very busy world.

I’m exceptionally open minded and live my life embodying kindness without judgement, but I don’t take nonsense either. I love philosophy, psychology, DIY (woodwork), music, movies, rock climbing, hiking, being a couch potato and pretty much anything creative or a little left of centre.

I don’t really know what my next few years look like; I’m figuring it all out as I go along, to be honest. I don’t take myself too seriously and, sadly, I’m a terrible cook! I know, it’s the worst.
