I’m looking for a clean and quiet share house with a private room.

Move-in date: around mid-November

Budget: around $300 per week (including bills and Wi-Fi)

Room type: Own room

Furniture: Furnished room preferred

Length of stay: I plan to stay at least 3 months, but if possible, I’d love to stay longer.

Other preferences:

Quiet and respectful housemates would be appreciated.

I work on a shift schedule, so it would be great if I could use the shower and kitchen until around midnight.

I’m tidy, responsible, and easygoing.
