Currently in Sydney CBD but have recently had family buy in Mt Tamborine so seeking a possible 3-6 month change to get out of the busy city life and enjoy some time in Alf. Life spent sailing around the world since I was a young man and grew up in Newport nsw where my mother lives in our family home. My girlfriend has a mother and sister whom recently purchased in my Tamborine so open to moving closer to them for the winter, possibly buying up that way. recently returned back to Sydney after selling my Surry hills home of 20 years. Working in the insurance and legal sectors although I’m nearly 60 i just love being back in Sydney and don’t have to rush my next purchase. Hence it would suit me ideally to rent for 6 - 9 plus months fully furnished or partly as I’ve still got a whole garage packed at my family estate in Newport. I’m a single male with family nearby Manly, in Surry hills and and intestate QLD so I’ll travel often and am as quiet as a mouse when I am home. Most importantly I’m very secure financially and can offer at least the first 2 - 3 months rent upfront plus bond to cover on goings and maintain the rent or even offer 6 months as a deposit to show my legitimate income is ongoing and will always be first allocated to my housing needs. New to flat mates but keen to give it my best effort as hotels are overpriced and starting to cost me both emotionally and time staking
