I am extremely neat and tidy. I always clean up after myself, I don't cook much of anything. I have a car, tv and medium size fridge.I don't smoke, vape, do drugs, party or have stay overs. I am on a pension and dog sit for a woman, at her house 5 days a week. Rent is always garenteed and paid on time. I prefer to live in the 4503 area code. I like to help out anywhere I can. Centrelink has to be notified when I move in. I have current and past references from landlords. I'm easy to get along with and talk to. I respect others privacy and property at all times. Looking for a minimum 6 month arrangement, longer if we all get along.
