Hi, I’m Sam, 26, and I work full-time as a plumber. I work pretty long hours during the week so I’m usually out most of the day. When I’m not working, I spend a lot of time at the gym, catching up with friends, heading to the beach, or just being outdoors.

I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing to live with. I’m looking for somewhere comfortable to call home for 12+ months with people who are friendly but also appreciate their own space. Because of work and the gym I tend to keep a fairly routine lifestyle, and I’m pretty low-key during the week.
