Hi there, thank you for looking at my listing.

About me: I'm Shen , I'm 28 years old and from Mauritius. I will be studying my masters at ECU Joondalup and I am also planning to get a part time job.

I'm in search for a place to stay (preferably a private room ) in a shared apartment or house as from July. Since I will attend university at the Joondalup Campus and also with the fact that I don't know the surroundings well, I would prefer to live close by. My budget is approximately $250 to 300$ max (With bills included).

I am looking for a furnished place to stay with all the amenities available. I will also appreciate having a door lock in my room. Also, one important aspect is to respect each others space and privacy so as everyone can feel right at home and comfortable within the apartment (For example, noise level, everyone have their me-time, partying). Next, I'm clean, tidy and organized. I speak English and French.
