Heyaa! I’m Lydia, 30, originally from France and relocating to the Sunny Coast after securing a permanent role in aged care in Coolum Beach.

A little about me:
• Friendly, respectful and very tidy: I have been living in share houses before and know to respect and clean the share areas
• Non-smoker: I’m not comfortable living with people who smoke inside the house, sorry!!
• Have my own car: I would need parking in the property or on street parking available
• Like a fairly reasonable balance of alone time and social time
• Love cooking (and sharing my cooking!), beach days and the occasional drink after work (or on a day off, I’m not fussy 🤸‍♀️)

I’m looking for a place either in Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland, Buderim, Pacific Paradise or Mooloolaba but open to other areas if it fits! Ideally I’d prefer a smaller household with no more than 3–4 people in total.

I’m available to move quite soon and would love somewhere that feels comfortable and homely 😊
