Hi I’m Greg I own my own business I’m a independent sole trader , my business name is Constantine painting and maintenance services, and also work full time construction for a local company, what makes me a fantastic person too live with is my acceptance to all individuals, I’m non judgmental and drug and alcohol free , I wk full time, I’m a spontaneous individual who is happy and bubbly and I like to fix anything that needs fixing inside and out of a house and for u I’d do it for free , I’m trustworthy and clean respectful and honest responsible and private, I’m good with money and I’m quite, I’m always on time with financials and pay my own way , I’m looking for a long term accommodation, I’m single I have x1 friend, who I visit on wks , I have a 3yr old medium size dog cc who is more human than animal who Is very friendly and gentle she is my support animal, I’m newish to Perth and have many qualifications in mainly female dominated areas for eg makeup and photography and beauty therapy to name a few , I enjoy being social when opportunity presents itself but mainly keep to my self I’m more comfortable around women because I’m more feminine but I’m willing to expand my comfort zone to those who accept me for me thankyou I’m available to move in with u asap and at current I own my own caravan so I also would appreciate if I could bring my caravan and park it on your property so I can stay in my caravan and pay same asking price all I would need to use is power and bathroom and wifi pls and during the day while I’m at wk keep my fur baby out side out the back yard so I know she is safe thankyou
