Looking for a place in the CBD or to team up and find a house! Female shared space only!
I recently completed my studies and I’m hoping to move out of my current place end of August / September.
My preferred locations are Adelaide CBD, Rundle, Norwood, The Parade or anywhere with an easy commute to the city, as I work in the CBD.
Looking for a house with 2rooms and a bathroom shared with just one other female housemate.
I’m looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful share house where privacy is valued. Ideally, just myself and one other housemate who is clean, considerate, and helps keep the place tidy.
I’m easy-going, don’t smoke or drink, and when I’m at home I’m usually cooking, studying, sketching, binge-watching a new series, reading, or heading out for a walk.
I have excellent rental references from when I lived in Norwood and am happy to provide more information if needed.
