I’m a university student currently finishing my final semester, and I’ll be done with uni in June. I’m hoping to move out of my current place around July or August.
My preferred locations are Norwood, The Parade, Adelaide CBD, Rundle Street, Chinatown, or anywhere with an easy commute to the city, as I work in the CBD.
I’m also open to other locations if the rent is affordable and there is a private bathroom available, or a bathroom shared with just one other female housemate.
I’m looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful share house where privacy is valued. Ideally, just myself and one other housemate who is clean, considerate, and helps keep the place tidy.
I’m easy-going, don’t smoke or drink, and when I’m at home I’m usually cooking, studying, sketching, binge-watching a new series, reading, or heading out for a walk.
I have excellent rental references from when I lived in Norwood and am happy to provide more information if needed.
