Software developer, 24, moving to Geelong and looking for a calm place to land.

I work full-time in software, remote, so I'm home during weekdays — which means the place is looked after, packages get taken in, and I'm not the housemate who disappears when something breaks. Weekends I'm usually out.

What I'm like to live with: genuinely tidy. I clean as I go, I don't leave dishes, and shared spaces stay the way I found them. Rent and bills are paid on time, every time — no chasing. Non-smoker, no pets, no kids. I'm up early most days for the gym and in bed at a reasonable hour, so I'm quiet at both ends of the day.

I'm not after a party house or a hands-off arrangement either. Friendly, respectful, happy to have a chat in the kitchen — just low drama.

Looking for a room in an apartment in the Geelong CBD, sharing with one other person. Walking distance to the waterfront and Malop St is ideal. Can move in from 20 September and happy to commit to 12 months.
