An architectural assistant from the UK, pretty easy going, love outdoor adventures and meeting new people. Have lived in share houses for nearly 5 years, like to hang out and have a drink with my flatmates and know how to keep a place clean. I also love to cook and am happy to share :). Looking for a chilled out, friendly house to share where I can feel at home.
Hey, I’m an American from Atlanta, Georgia heading to Australia this August to spend a year in Melbourne on a Work and Holiday Visa. I plan on working wherever I can find a decent job, and I also want to do graphic design/art on the side. Im very interested in art, music, and fashion. I’m looking for a roommate that likes to socialize because I’m moving to Australia without any friends or family, and would like to be friends with my roommate. I’m not picky about where I would live in the Melbourne area. My only requirement for the location is that it has to have easy access to public transportation. My flight to Melbourne arrives on August 14th, but I plan on staying in a hostel for the first couple weeks to meet/find roommates and look at potential properties. Feel free to message me with any questions!
Hey I'm Gem, I work full time as a veterinary nurse. Looking to move into a share house whenever avaliable. I'm really easy going... love to socialise, but also love some time alone. I have a 11yr old dog called Squash who has lived in rental properties all his life without any problems - he's super chilled and sleeps on my bed most of the day.
I’m Jess. Sharehouse veteran, epic cook (if I do say so myself) I never cook for just one and I’m super personable, but also know how to be invisible when need be. A friend of yours is a friend of mine, and I do have a cat Oracle who will be your best friend. But she is also option (please let me have her I don’t wanna leave her with my ex) haha! I work for Apple 🍏 and I’m a hairdresser by trade so - essentially you will have a new hairdresser at home. I’m very good at what I do. Hit me up.
Hi My name is Katie - I'm an engineering student at Deakin, and my partner Joseph is moving from New Zealand to Geelong to work full time. We're looking for somewhere (anywhere!) to live and move into some time within the next month.
Liam is a country boy, having learnt lots of keen farm skills he is a 'Jack of all trades'. Having studied journalism Liam is an aspiring Photojournalist with lots of passion for documentary making and video editing. He loves cooking and has a big passion in cars. Always up for some great food and spinning yarns. Liam enjoys videogames in his spare time. Kaitlin, also from a small country town loves art and pets, having just finished studies in education support she is looking for full time work while working part time. Kaitlin spends the rest of her time participating in volunteer work with charity groups, watching Netflix and also enjoys videogames. We have a young cat Luna who is a joy to live with; quite calm and relaxed all the time, she is a fantastic hassle free little girl. Liam has recently picked up full time work in Geelong and is making the move from Melbourne to complete his work contract.
I am a 25 year old cardiothoracic nurse, I grew up in south Gippsland but have been here for about 7 years. I am super easy going and friendly. I’m tidy, I love cooking- always clean after myself. I’d say I’m equal amounts extravert and introvert. I do like doing activities out and about and having fun but also love staying in and having time to myself. I’m hoping to eventually get a dog, so if you already have a pet I am happy with that! I’m also very respectful of other people, including privacy. I’d love to live with someone who is similar to myself. Always open to compromise and communicating any issues in a mature way. I enjoy exercise, books and movies, travelling, and seeing friends and family. Looking forward to finding a new place!
I work full time, play sport and work out at other times. Out and about a lot, pretty sociable. Enjoy quiet time at home. Easy to get along with and very clean and tidy.
Hiya, I'm Cait! Studying psychology at Deakin by correspondence and moving down to Geelong hopefully in November/December. Will bring my hardcore organisation game to any share house I'm a part of. Currently running front of house at a small cafe in Griffith so you know I know how to keep things tidy. I come with a smol Spoodle named Harper and ideally want to live somewhere where she will have another doggie companion as she can be a bit of a sook without a dog friend. Message me if looking to team up and find a pet friendly rental or have a free room in your sharehouse around October/November/December (I have exams in town start of October but can move anytime after). Cheers
