My name is Cohen Moran. I’m 19 and currently based around Central Logan.

looking to move into a SHARE HOUSE with like-minded people around my age (18–23 ideally).

A bit about me:
• I work casually at BWS 3–5 days a week (with consistent income)

• Most of my time is spent at work, in the gym (5x/week), or working on my online business - so I’m quiet, independent, and respectful of space and boundaries.

• I’m clean, chill, and big on understanding people’s boundary’s, but I’m always open to having an open vibe around the house.

• Into psychology, pop culture, and deep convos — but also love a meme scroll (not chronically online, I swear)

• My business is in accountability coaching (WIP), so I value good communication, personal growth, and keeping a grounded vibe in the house

• I only drink occasionally, don’t smoke 🍃, and while I’m not a party guy, I’m always keen for a movie night or casual hang, or a night out.

What I’m looking for:
✅ Rent around $180–280/week (ideally) - I’m 19 and casual, looking for full time atm

✅ Good public transport access - (I don’t drive, waiting on medical clearance due to epilepsy)
✅ Stable internet (I work online)

✅ Chill, respectful house where people get along and communicate to eachother.

❌ Please state wether I’m a on the lease or sub-leasing. And make sure if you’re giving me a bond, it’s lodged through the RTA, I’m new, but not stupid.
