Hey, I’m looking for a calm, respectful place to live. I’m on a CSC (the the standard disability pension, it’s income insurance) pension due to dealing with some medical conditions — mainly chronic back pain and anxiety — but I’m independent, quiet, and keep to myself. I’m clean, not psychotic, can’t stand mess or bad smells, and I always keep shared spaces tidy. I also have a clean rental and criminal record.

I hit the gym a few times a week and spend most of my time studying, creating art, or gaming. I’m enrolled in a biology degree (currently deferred) and working on personal projects in the meantime.

I prefer a room with air conditioning — whether it’s ducted or from a bedroom AC unit.

Looking for a clean, chill home with decent housemates.
