hiiiii, I’m Abbey!
I am 23 year old student who works part time as a personal trainer looking for a room in Newcastle.

To set myself apart from all your other applicants I have put together a list of the pros and cons so without a doubt you will want me to be of your next roommate!

Pros:
- I am easy going & respectful of people’s routine & space.
- I am caring. I will always provide a helping hand wherever possible.
- I’m Independent & routine based but also really enjoy kicking back in shared space to watch the footy or binge watch a tv show.
- I am a self proclaimed comedian & no doubt will add laughter, happiness and positive vibes to the home.
- I am clean & all for the house being a clean space that everyone feels comfortable in.
- I have lived in share houses before.. all of which would provide fantastic references if you aren’t completely sold yet…

Cons:
- I have zero skill in cooking unless it is chicken & rice or toasted sandwiches??
- I am known to get fixated on unusual hobbies & will probably talk about the hobby for that week a little much. Headphones??
- I love being out and about (gym, surf, walks, running etc) so if you’re looking for someone who will just sit on the couch with you it’s not me.

Pro or con?? For you to decide:
- I come with a beautiful 4 year old Black Lab called Ralph. He is full of personality & very well behaved. He is known to lack personal space sometimes & generally believes he is a lap dog. He is an outside dog but does enjoy being around people too.
