Scarlett and Madison

Hi! We’re a very easygoing, friendly couple from the UK Midlands, We will be on our second Working Holiday Visa and returning to Perth this September after previously living in Hillarys.

We’re both clean, tidy, respectful, and active people.

Madison will be employed as a builder going back to his previous job in Cottesloe, and I am Currently a Property Manager in the UK so I have a strong understanding of what makes a great tenant and understand the importance of looking after a property and being a reliable tenant 😊 I’ll be looking for similar work when we arrive.

We’re both 26 and looking for a place of our own but we also have friends who would be interested in renting with us, so we could potentially form a group if that suits the property.

Preferred areas: Mullaloo, Craigie, Beldon, Kallaroo, Hillarys, Ocean Reef, Sorrento, North Beach, Trigg, Scarborough, City Beach, Cottesloe and surrounding areas.

Looking more long term however open to 6 months also.
