Hi there, I’m Taigen.
I’m a 27 year old qualified chef with a background in automotive, building insurance and trade work.
I’m a respectful, reliable and tidy tenant who takes a lot of pride in maintaining a well kept and clean home.

I’m currently seeking a long term rental to reside in for at least 12 months. I’m after a rental/Room/studio/Anything below $500 per week.

A little about me, I’m a single father of two young boys who don’t live with me.
I’m extremely passionate about music and art, I enjoy spending time with my boys, my family and friends. I also thoroughly enjoy cooking, gardening and working with my hands!
I love a good chat over a cup of coffee but also appreciate time to myself playing video games.
I do enjoy being part of my local community as well and often attend local music events!

I have three successful rental ledgers and have been attending inspections quite regularly. I take my rental obligations seriously and would truly appreciate any advice, feedback or support from any property owners on how to strengthen my applications further.
