My names Benjamin and I work full time while I am studying a course in business management. Im looking for a place in penrith area before monday. I currently reside in central coast.

Im generally very quiet and I work from 2pm-11pm monday to friday, if shower at work at night so late night noise isnt too much of a concern.

I am looking for a place to stay monday-friday while I am working and this sounds perfect to me. I dont need any inspection as long as there's a room and bathroom i am happy as I will be out at work almost all the time, and 60% of weekends I'll be in the central coast. I cook once per week as meal prep for work.
