42 im on the pension but looking for work.I also sell on ebay which makes me profit.Im a trade qualified boatbuilder/engineer so im very handy.With work I can earn over $1300 a week.Paying rent now is no troubles.I have a nice suv car which is clean tidy and not loud.I have a motorbike so would like somewhere undercover to store it please.My car can be outside.I like to do favours for people and im easy to get along with.I dont drink but occasionally ill have one.Im on a cannibis prescription so I do smoke that but not cigarettes nor do I vape.Guaranteed rent payed every week and ill even throw in free batteries/disposable razors or hardware consumables to the person who selects me 😁 as thats the stuff I sell on ebay and it sells well 👍.I like to keep to myself Im not much of a conversationalist.Thanks and hope to move in with you soon.Must a be quiet house 🙏
