I am a positive and happy person that is clean and tidy, quiet and respectful of others. I am not wanting a party home or anywhere with many people. I have my own business and I travel at times and am wanting a nice place as a base, ideally on a canal, so I can keep my kayak on the jetty, or perhaps have a small boat.

I enjoy, kayaking and fishing and travelling, I like to lead a healthy lifestyle. Am a non smoker and don't want to be in a home with smokers. I'm flexible with move in date.
