Hey, I’m Joe. I’m 30, currently studying IT (Advanced Diploma in Networking) and spending most of my free time surfing, training at the gym, or working on my business. I live a simple and focused lifestyle, and I like keeping my home space clean and relaxed.

I recently stepped away from physical work to build my own tech business, which is slowly growing with a few active clients. I also do some Uber deliveries on the side to stay flexible. I’m currently living in Cooly and managing rent easily, just looking for a quieter, more stable spot to settle long term.

I’m respectful, easy to live with, and independent. I enjoy a chat but also value peace and personal space. Always happy to help out and contribute to a good living vibe.

What I’m Looking For
I’m looking for a long-term room in a clean, chill home with respectful housemates. Doesn’t need to be right by the beach, just a short drive to good waves and somewhere with a calm energy. I’ve got a car, I’m flexible on location, and I’m planning to stay in the area long term.
