Hello kind-hearted community,

I'm soon to be heading back from Perth, and currently looking for a new place to call home, whether it’s a granny flat, studio, or room, anywhere from the southern Sunshine Coast to around Cooroy region.

I have three beautiful young children: a 5-year-old boy and 3-year-old twin girls. They’ll need to stay with me periodically, with the intention of having them with me full-time in the future. We co-sleep on a king-size mattress, so a single room can work just fine.

I’m on the Disability Support Pension due to a diagnosis of "incurable" cancer (though it’s currently stable and doesn’t affect me much day-to-day). I can afford up to $350 per week at a stretch, and would be open to exchange work for lower rent if possible.

I’m a quiet, respectful person who enjoys time in the garden and being in nature. I’m also pretty handy around the house and like to help where I can. I don't drink, smoke or take drugs.

If you, or someone you know, might have something suitable, I’d love to come by and have a chat to see if it feels like a good fit.

I’m also open to teaming up with another single parent or family to find and share a place together.
