Hey there,

I’m Cat! I’m a young-at-heart, easy-going professional who loves a healthy, active lifestyle. I’m definitely not in my twenties anymore, but I’m far from "old" in spirit - I’m a non-smoker, a non-drinker, and someone who generally just loves life.

When I’m out and about, you’ll usually find me on the ocean paddling or bodysurfing, out on my bike, or hitting my daily step count on a beach walk. When I’m at home, I’m usually content with my head in a book, working away on my laptop, or immersed in a TV series.

I really value a quiet, relaxed, and high-standard living environment. I treat my living space with a lot of respect and care, and I’m looking for a home where that’s mutual.

My Current Situation:

I’ve been happily house-sharing here in Corlette, NSW (on the lease) but since the owners are moving back in by the end of 2026, I’m getting a head start on finding my next chapter. I originally settled back into beautiful Corlette in early 2025, right after spending eighteen months renting privately in Geelong, Victoria to be close to family. Before that, after successfully running my own home for 30 years, I spent a few wonderful years travelling, house-sitting (Aussie House Sitters with a 5-star rating)), and house-sharing along the Victoria, NSW, and Queensland coasts.

What I’m Looking For:

I’m a semi-retired professional working part-time in the community sector, looking for a clean, respectful, and inclusive household. I love having a quiet space to retreat to, but if I’m sharing a home, I want it to be with someone I actually connect with - not just strangers passing like ships in the night in the kitchen!

Logistics & Furniture:

Travelling light is my thing! I just have my own bedroom furniture and no major house pieces to bring along, so an already established, furnished home is ideal. I do have a few boxes of handy kitchen bits I can share if needed, otherwise I'd just need a small nook or garage corner to store a few leftover boxes.
