Hi, my name is Tia, I’m 24, and I currently work as a support worker in a part-time role. I’ve recently started this position after my previous job ended due to the business closing—something completely out of my control. I’m committed and reliable, and I’m looking forward to maintaining stability in both my work and my home.

At the moment, I’m travelling an hour to work and an hour home each day, which isn’t sustainable long term. I’m hoping to secure a home closer to work so I can reduce travel time and maintain a healthy work–life balance.

When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active at the gym and relaxing at home with a good book. I’m responsible and organised, with both the bond and advanced rent ready, and I’m excited to find a home where I can settle in and take great care of the property.

My preference would be a studio or granny flat something self contained.
due to babysitting a family member usually once a week and not wanting that to disrupt anyone else although I can make other arrangements on those days.
