Hi I'm Diane,

I work fulltime as an event manager, I have a small dog who loves going for walks, I enjoy cooking and pilates, I have a calm and solution focused mindset, I appreciate a peaceful home environment I can relax in, I'm big on personal growth and I value a clean and tidy home.

I catch the Burswood train into the city for work and my housemate works at Crown casino.

I am looking to stick within the City of Belmont area: Belmont, Rivervale, Cloverdale. I am looking for a house on a 1 year lease, with a weekly price range of $750 - $850 per week. Split by three.

I have been living with my current housemate for the past 2 years. We are the same age and we are both extremely clean and tidy people. We enjoy living in a safe female friendly home.

Looking to move in October - November 2026.

(If anyone is looking at moving sooner e.g. August - September, we have a spare room in our current rental which can be rented privately through us for $250pw till we jump to the new rental).

I have furniture, whitegoods, electrical appliances and kitchen items.
