Ash

Hi I’m Ash and I’m a 24 year old (25 in Jan) Telecommunications Technician that works full time for NBN. I previously owned my own home down south but with the interest rate rise over Covid was forced to sell and relocate to Perth with work, now the home I’ve been in since is up for sale and I’m back on the hunt for housing. I have a 6yr old medium sized dog who is loved by absolutely everyone and an elderly ginger cat who unfortunately probably won’t be around for much longer. My current flat mate has 2 cats of her own and a 5yr old little girl, everyone gets along great!

I don’t smoke and will only drink on very rare occasions, one of my favourite things to do is cook (especially for a crowd) so there will never be a shortage of good home cooked meals around. I love gardening and have usually always lived on properties so if there’s any form of maintenance to do there won’t be a need to call a handyman anymore. I’m also one of those weird people who genuinely enjoys cleaning and would be perfectly okay if the majority of that load was left to me.

My weekends are usually spent re-cooperating from my week at work, doing something active or hitting up the farmers market. I’m a routine girly so work, walk, shower, reading then bed tends to be the weeknight usual.

I’m looking for a place probably until early to mid 2026. I’m really not fussed about the age, gender ect of the people I live with as long as you are nice and respectful people.

I currently pay $650 a fortnight plus all bills on top of that, so I’ll be looking at the $300 PW mark plus or inclusive of bills. Fully happy to pay more to have my pets (: move in date would be ASAP.
